Dr. Delaney is President of the Cleveland Clinic Florida market and an Executive Vice-President at Cleveland Clinic, serving on the enterprise Executive Team. He previously served as Chairman of the Digestive Disease and Surgery Institute. He is past president of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, the International Society of Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery, and the Midwest Surgical Association and serves on committees of many professional societies and editorial boards. Dr. Delaney has given over 470 invited lectures nationally and internationally, has published 11 books and more than 400 manuscripts in scientific journals on topics relating to surgical education, colorectal cancer surgery, laparoscopic colorectal surgery and peri-operative care. He holds the Robert and Suzanne Tomsich Distinguished Chair in Healthcare Innovation.
