Program Director, Executive Development, Northwestern Medicine
Logan started at Northwestern Medical Group to lead an executive coaching program for physician leaders. He has moved into a role supporting physician well-being and has assisted in launching a physician well-being program. He’s passionate about helping others and considers it his responsibility to serve Northwestern Medicine physicians.
Pause played professional soccer for 12 years and had a storied career with the Chicago Fire, where he spent his entire professional career as a player, team captain and mentor for the team. He led the Fire to two US Open Cup titles, seven playoff seasons and was named the team’s MVP in 2010.
