Gerry was a founding member of Dynamic Resources USA then EMEA followed by APAC established in 1994 in NYC . The first global design PM retail company.

After graduating from University in Dublin Gerry moved to NYC where his Buisness flourished working for the new emerging world of retail . For over 30 years, he has designed and delivered spaces for fashion, automotive, and major luxury goods brands Globally. 10,000 projects Globally.

In 2007, Gerry brought Dynamic back to Europe, setting up a headquarters in London and subsequently opening oWices in Dublin and Japan. He pursued his passion for innovation by creating a unique retail academy that serves Europe and North America and is recognised as a leading centre of excellence for training Dynamic Global Partners.

He divides his time between the United States and the EMEA region, focusing on developing new client relationships and enhancing existing business operations.

On rare occasions when he is not in the air, you may find him on the water, as boating is one of his major passions. Equally important to Gerry is his commitment to giving back, as he contributes to several charities worldwide.
